Richard Tidd is the Owner of Mad Hatter Promotions, Ltd. located in Findlay, Ohio since July 1989. Mad Hatter Promotions, Ltd. is a recognized leader in Customer Service and Creative Marketing. Richard leverages his proven experience in marketing providing customers with unique marketing programs.
He was recognized with several awards while employed with American Electric Power as a Small Business Development Representative. Those awards included recognition twice as the overall Marketer of the Year, and as the most creative Business Development Specialist of 1993.
Richard also enjoys working with various charities in the community, current President of the Flag City Balloonfest, past chair of the Cancer Patient Services Annual Chili Cook-off, past President of the Arlington Recreation Council and a past Councilman in the Village of Arlington.  
Martina Alexander joined our sales force in 2004 and her expertise includes working with business, organization leaders and sports organizatons by growing their business or helping their cause through use of promotional items. She also is able to take care of our international clients with her knowledge of the German and Italian language.  Martina also enjoys volunteering in the community which she makes one of her priorities. She  started several programs at Special Kids Therapy, called "Out of the Box", which include Art, Music and Swimming. 
Deborah Allen joined the staff at Mad Hatter Promotions June of 2015.  She has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. Deborah managed a territory for HBO/MAX using promotional materials to motivate front line employees and to advertise for her clients. She also taught them how to maximize best practices with POS Materials and to grow their business, while reaching aggressive subscriber goals.

She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and attending and supporting them with their sporting events.  She enrolled in school last fall for Event and Wedding Planning  and is looking forward to finishing soon.  She is always looking to get involved in charity events where she can make a difference. 

Tonya L. Johnson opened the West Coast Region of Mad Hatter Promotions in early 2017.  She brings with her years of experience in sales as well as account management with an underlying creative background.  Tonya was born and raised in Ohio but transplanted to Las Vegas in 2009.  Her experience ranges from Realtor / Landlord to Seamstress to Corporate office.  Her passion to help others succeed and a need to represent quality products has blended into a beautiful business decision with Mad Hatter Promotions LV.  Tonya has a strong association with the Nevada State Apartment Association.   She is a co-chair on the Community Outreach & Maintenance Mania Committees as well as an active member of the Jewel Awards Committee.  Her most rewarding experiences have been being able to volunteer with the local charities and give back whenever possible.
Tonya and her husband George have 5 kids (Mike, Brice, Madi, Alex & Lei) and 4 grandbabies (Gunner, Myra, Vanessa & Alice).  They are avid primitive campers and find their happiness in the mountains surrounding the Vegas valley.
